How can I contact you?

Where do you ship, and do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship across the United States and to most international destinations. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
How long does delivery take?
After processing, estimated delivery is 5–9 business days within the United States and 7–14 business days for international orders. Shipping is a flat $5.99 with tracking on every order.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also use the Track Your Order link in our menu to follow your parcel in real time.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Full details are on our Return & Refund Policy page.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please email support@markandfinch.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
